Shipping and delivery

The delivery time is 2-3 working days. You should then have your new favorite in hand within 5 working days, if not - contact us and we will help you track the package.
We ship through our partners Posten or DHL.
We cover the shipping, but if you choose to return the package, it costs SEK 74, this is deducted from the refund, read more here .

Packages not collected

If you do not collect your order from your delivery point, it will be sent back to nylinskeppstedt.com. We charge an administration fee of SEK 149 if you do not collect your package. The fee is added to your invoice.

Returns

As Nylinskeppstedt.com stands behind environmental awareness and charity, we are always happy to receive as few returns as possible, but the garment or accessories do not always fit in size or taste. As a buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost of SEK 74. The easiest way to make a return is to log in to your customer profile and under "order" you request a return of the garment(s) you wish to send back. If you do not have a customer profile, please contact us to request a return, then we will send a shipping note by email.

If you have chosen Klarna as your payment method, log in to "My pages" at Klarna and register your return there as well.
When you return an item to us, we require that the label/tag, barcode and other accessories remain on the product. Be sure to pack your return well protected so it doesn't break in transit. We recommend that you pack the product in the same way you received it.
Always take the receipt when submitting from your local postal agent/DHL, this is issued by the agent when you hand in your return. This means that the package can easily be tracked if necessary.

Right of withdrawal/Open purchase

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act with a 14-day right of return. This means that you have 14 days to return the item, counted from the day you received it.

Complaint

If the product does not live up to the pictures or product description on Nylinskeppstedt.com, then you can have the right to complain about your purchase. Defects that are described in text or via image are not grounds for complaint.

Contact us and tell us why the product does not live up to your expectations. We will respond within 1–2 working days.

ATTENTION! All complaints must be approved by customer service before the product can be returned as a complaint and a refund/replacement can take place. Complaint returns without an approval are charged with a handling fee of SEK 149.

Our goods are carefully selected, we try and examine the garment before it is posted on the Nylinskeppstedt.com website, unless otherwise stated under the product description.
You always have a 14-day right to return if you are not satisfied or regret it, you are responsible for the cost of the return yourself. See section "Right of withdrawal/Open purchase", at the top of this page.

Refund

The invoice amount is adjusted as soon as the return has been received by Nylin & Skeppstedt, and we have notified Klarna. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days before we have registered that we have received your item in return. Reimbursement/adjustment of returns takes place no later than 30 days after the return has been registered.

Transport damage

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that goods are damaged during transport. If your item has been damaged during transport, it is very important that you report this directly to your postal agent and to us, you do this here .

If you already see at the delivery point that your package is damaged, refuse to accept your order and have it returned to us immediately. If this happens, contact us and report the damage.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers such as Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as local payment methods such as Klarna and Swish.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order within 48 hours. Expect to have your new favorites from N&S within 1-3 days. If not, please contact our customer service if your delivery has not been received within the specified time.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We make every effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible and therefore cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.

If a mistake has been made with your order information, the fastest way is if you contact customer service and we will help you cancel the order and then place a new one.

How do I return my online order?

By logging into your customer account, you can select the item(s) you wish to return, then you will receive a shipping label sent by e-mail, which you use to post the package back. Use the bag/box in which you received the goods and paste over the old waybill with the new one.
Please remember: We strongly recommend that you return the item(s) via a registered trackable service and retain proof of return as well as the shipment as we accept no responsibility for items that do not reach us.

Do you offer digital gift cards?

Yes, digital gift cards are available. It should be added that these are only available in Sweden.

Can I buy from N&S with another currency?

Yes, you can choose a currency based on your personal preferences. When you select your country in the country selector at the top right of the website, it is automatically taken into account at checkout.
